You’ll find Hawkwell Parade on the main road (called Main Road) between Hockley and Rochford. Many people forget Hawkwell even exists and refer to it as Hockley. The commercial units all have residential above.

Even more confusingly, many locals instead know it as White Hart due to the White Hart pub and car sales forecourt nearby.
